Description
The granite quarry in Dummerston, Vermont, has been closed for years. When it was active it provided granite for many projects including the Plaza Hotel in New York City. It is a scenic spot to visit in all seasons. In winter the ice on the quarry provides interesting light and patterns. Here the image is in black and white.
