Buckets and Trees metal print by Tom Singleton.   Bring your artwork to life with the stylish lines and added depth of a metal print. Your image gets printed directly onto a sheet of 1/16" thick aluminum. The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. Artist's Description

It is fun to see the old fashioned metal buckets used to collect the sap which will be boiled down to become maple syrup. The new trend is to use plastic lines to collect the sap. I hope this maple syrup operation uses these buckets for years to come.

Tom Singleton

Tom Singleton has been involved in photography for more than forty years. He began with slides, moved to print film, then became involved with black and white film and developing his film and prints in a black and white darkroom. The evolution continued to the digital darkroom where Tom now uses a digital camera to record the images and a computer to edit the work. Through some robust programs color images can be transformed to black and white. Tom says......"I really enjoy doing color work but my real love is black and white and the atmosphere it creates. Through the magic of the computer I can have it all." Tom lives in Brattleboro , VT. He is very active in local photography groups and he exhibits his work in local venues.
