Tom, I like this shot better than the most recent post. The reds and yellows and subtle green with the fog the the motion of the tree are great. I'll send the fog your way. You do well with it. Blair

Tom Singleton replied:

Thanks Blair-I appreciate the feedback.

Artist's Description

Higbee Beach begins at the Cape May Canal and continues toward Sunset Beach. Long a quiet spot for nudists, nude sunbathing is now an illegal practice. The fog this morning made this a great spot by the canal.

About Tom Singleton

Tom Singleton

Tom Singleton has been involved in photography for more than forty years. He began with slides, moved to print film, then became involved with black and white film and developing his film and prints in a black and white darkroom. The evolution continued to the digital darkroom where Tom now uses a digital camera to record the images and a computer to edit the work. Through some robust programs color images can be transformed to black and white. Tom says......"I really enjoy doing color work but my real love is black and white and the atmosphere it creates. Through the magic of the computer I can have it all." Tom lives in Brattleboro , VT. He is very active in local photography groups and he exhibits his work in local venues.
