The Cape May lighthouse is an icon on the Cape May landscape. Each day in the summer many tourists travel the 199 steps to the top of the lighthouse. And as the day ends there is often a great lighthouse sunset as the one pictured here.
About Tom Singleton
Tom Singleton has been involved in photography for more than forty years. He began with slides, moved to print film, then became involved with black and white film and developing his film and prints in a black and white darkroom. The evolution continued to the digital darkroom where Tom now uses a digital camera to record the images and a computer to edit the work. Through some robust programs color images can be transformed to black and white. Tom says......"I really enjoy doing color work but my real love is black and white and the atmosphere it creates. Through the magic of the computer I can have it all." Tom lives in Brattleboro , VT. He is very active in local photography groups and he exhibits his work in local venues.
